He’s a smoker, and everybody knows it.
David Hull, hailing from the barbeque mecca of North Carolina, harbored a passion for smoked meats at a young age. In 1989, David purchased his first smoker and began smoking Thanksgiving turkeys for family and friends. 23 years later David can be found behind his meat smoker, with family recipes and secret seasonings captivating Central Washington carnivores ever since.
The Hull family is proud to call Ellensburg their home, and look forward to serving you their award-winning barbeque, fresh and flavorful side dishes and a variety of sweet treats.
